Citizen Service Center at the citizen can be informed about all aspects of Public Administration and apply to handling cases related to public bodies. This avoids time-consuming bureaucratic processes and limits the movements of a single point (“one stop shop”). Citizen Service Centres (CSC) moving documents not citizens.

How It Works:The citizen is informed by the specialist staff of the center for all aspects of Public Administration. If you want to submit a request to one of the 420 administrative processes that today the KEP, addressed to a member of the center and complete the relevant online application. Then the request is sent through the center of the department and where protocol.
