ELECTRIFICATION OF REAL ESTATE

A) Household and store electrification

  1. Interested party request (service form)
  2. Building permit (considered by urban planning) or act of legalization if it is an arbitrary building. For Horizontal Ownership Table Contracts, where exactly the sq. of the building
  3. Schedule of electrician in photocopy
  4. PPC delivery number (depending on the number of clocks)
  5. Receipt of the TAP declaration for non-electrified real estate for those who have declared their non-electrified immovable property, for those who have not declared them completed the form at that time and pay the relevant fee and a fine
  6. Public awareness (From Office 4)
  7. Schedule covering the building permit with a seal of urban planning (certified)
  8. PPC works bill recently, if available.
  9. Responsible Declaration of Law 2130/93 Article 24 par.5 & 15 (municipality form), if there is no declaration to the municipality, then the relevant form of the service is completed.
  10. A responsible declaration for electrified property is completed by the person concerned when he receives an electricity certificate (service form).

B) Household electrification - arbitrary shops

  1. Interested party request (service form)
  2. Town Planning Certificate (original and photocopy)
  3. Proof of payment for TAP (For buildings from the last five years up to the current year, IKA Statements for first concrete)
  4. The E2 of the tax office for the last five years
  5. Public awareness (From Office 4)
  6. Schedule of electrician in photocopy
  7. PPC account depending on the number of watches in the building
  8. Solemn Declaration of Law 2130/93 Article 24 par. 5 & 15 (municipality form), if there is no declaration to the Municipality, then the relevant form of the service
  9. A responsible declaration for electrified property is completed by the person concerned when he receives an electricity certificate (service form)

C) Reconnections of PPC

  1. The paper of the interruption from PPC
  2. Satisfied statement that the property is empty from the date of discontinuation (Payment at municipal fee and TAP, depending on the months of interruption.) If the property is empty during the interruption period, the E2 of the Tax Office needs to be established the above)
  3. Building Permits. When it does not exist, certify from Town Planning that it is not laid out.
  4. Municipal awareness (From Office 4) to the owner and tenant.
  5. Statement on non-electrified.
  6. Lease

The attestation is submitted to PPC

D) Construction site provision

  1. Building permit certified by urban planning to a photocopy with a worksite stamp.
  2. Schedule of electrician in photocopy.
  3. Delivery number (by PPC).
  4. Proof of TAP building (proof of land or building).
  5. Municipal Information (from Office 4).
