Είναι σημαντικό ότι “διαβιβάζετε” αρμοδίως και εγγράφως κάθε καταγγελία-αναφορά στις διάφορες υπηρεσίες, όμως, εκτιμώ, ότι εκτός του ότι αυτό αφορά τη δική σας εσωτερική διαχείριση, είναι κάπως υπερβολικό.
