Σε άλλες χώρες του κόσμου ο δήμος υποχρεώνει τον ιδιοκτήτη με πρόστιμα να περιποιείται το οικόπεδό του. Εδώ δεν ξέρω τι γίνεται, πάντως το εν λόγω οικόπεδο έχει γίνει εστία βρωμιάς. Βρίσκεται στην οδό Μεταμορφώσεως, αριστερά, μεταξύ Γαλλίας και Γαζή.
