Η ΑΝ.Ε.ΒΟ. Α.Ε. is the new Development Corporation of the Municipality of Volos which from 1 January 2011 succeeded by the Municipal Corporation of the Municipality of Volos (ΔΕΜΕΚΑΒ)

The AN.EThe AN.E.VOdance with the provisions of Law 2190/20(Government Gazette No. E228476/28.12.2010), named DEVELOPMENT Volos Development SA with distinctive title AN.E.VO. Α.Ε. and initialshare capital320.000,00 ευρώ.

The share capital is covered by contributions from the founders, as follows:
a) The Municipality of Volos 317.000,00 euro, from tSAntribution of equity industry programs Primary Business Studies-Construction and Development Volos (ΔΕΜΕΚΑΒ).
b) The Community Makrinitsas with 3.000,00 ευρώ.

The N.Anchialos , thanks to its temperate climate and topography produces oil and olives are of excellent quality. Many farmers have embraced the acres in organic farming. Raki-Ouzo

Ouzo is traditionally and exclusively in Greece ,belongs to the general category of alcoholic beverages flavored unequal.'s the distillate marc and other sugary raw materials , που έχουν αρωματιστεί με σπόρους άνισου .

Raki is generally pure distillate marc any scenting . Raki is colorless and has a high degree of alcohol drunk and so almost always usually diluted with water. Είναι γνωστό σ’ όλους ότι η Μαγνησία έχει πολύ καλό τσίπουρο και τσιπουράδικα όπου σερβίρουν εξαιρετικούς μεζέδες.

Michael Tsitsinias ,George Mavratzis ,Georgios Diamantopoulos , etc.. Many Anchialites supports an installed partially in various cities of Greece , eventually prevailed opinion to gather everyone in a neighborhood so there is a plate with the name of the old country ,Αγχίαλος ,γιατί διαφορετικά θα έσβηνε το όνομα της.

The location was on a main road east coast and in memory of their old homeland. This area was still owned by P.Topali who lived then stop Blue Romania. Μετά την αγορά του κτήματος και την εγκατάσταση των Αγχιαλιτών το μεγαλύτερο πρόβλημα ήταν η ελονοσία και η αιματουρία από τις οποίες προσβάλλονταν οι κάτοικοι .Επειδή η Νοτιοδυτική περιοχή της Νέας Αγχιάλου ήταν βαλτώδης και στα νερά των βάλτων υπήρχαν μολυσμένα κουνούπια και οι αρρώστιες αυτές προκάλεσαν το θάνατο πολλών κατοίκων Παράλληλα υπήρχε η ανέχεια και η πείνα και πολλοί έπαιρναν τις οικογένειες&nbsp;τους και έφευγαν. Το 1953 ανοικοδομήθηκε το κτίριο για το Κοινοτικό Γραφείο κοντά στο λιμανάκι.

Το 1954 ανοικοδομήθηκε το κτίριο του αστυνομικού σταθμού από εισπράξεις μεγάλου χορού που έγινε στην πλατεία.

Το 1910 built the first Primary School which was destroyed in 1943 από τους Ιταλούς.

Το 1935 was constructed airport (111 Am) το οποίο βοήθησε σημαντικά στην ανάπτυξη �It� τόπου οικονομικά και κοινωνικά .

According to testimonies, Anchialites significantly helped in the liberation struggles of the nation 1821 giving their lives, typical examples are Eugene boatloads as Patriarch Gregory V where hanged. During 1912 to 1922 Anchialites fought for the liberation of the nation ,sometimes giving their lives. In addition to the Epic of 1940 Anchialites many gave their lives. Μετάαπό όλες τις κακουχίες και τα δεινά που υπέστησαν οι Αγχιαλίτες δε δίστασαν και συμμετείχαν και στην Εθνική Αντίσταση όπου πολλοί πήραν μεττάλιο ανδρείας.

Today the population has Anchialos 7.423 residents and August 1994 ανακηρύχθηκε σε δήμο.
