Citizen Service Center at the citizen can be informed about all aspects of Public Administration and apply to handling cases related to public bodies. This avoids time-consuming bureaucratic processes and limits the movements of a single point (“one stop shop”). Citizen Service Centres (CSC) moving documents not citizens.

How It Works: The citizen is informed by the specialist staff of the center for all aspects of Public Administration.   Under Measure 5.3.   • Ø Provides counseling and psycho-emotional support, nursing care, care of the household, companionship, small scale purchase, paying bills, assistance in personal hygiene and other services deemed necessary.   • Ø The program is primarily aimed at seniors and people with disabilities, with priority given to those who are not fully served, need special care, live alone or abandoned and have sufficient financial resources.   • Ø The program is staffed by trained staff and specialists: social workers, nurses and family assistant. Πλαισιώνεται δε και με εθελοντές.
  • Ø Through the program ensure close cooperation with relevant local bodies, medical personnel, τα νοσοκομεία και τις άλλες υπηρεσίες υγείας και πρόνοιας.
  • Ø Το πρόγραμμα «Βοήθεια στο Σπίτι» έχει εγκατασταθεί στα γραφεία του Δήμου Αρτέμιδος.

  Social Work in the same & in their immediate environment
