Under Measure 5.3. Axis and Operational Programme "Development of Female Employment and Entrepreneurship and promote equal opportunities for both sexes" of ROP Thessaly, the Artemis claimed and obtained the approval of the program of 182.479,82 euro, is co-sponsored by 75% από το Ευρωπαϊκό Κοινωνικό Ταμείο και αποτελείται από τρία άτομα προσωπικό και έναν ψυχολόγο.

• Ø It is a program of social protection aims to provide organized and systematic care for the elderly and people with disabilities. Υλοποιείται με ευθύνη της Τοπικής Αυτοδιοίκησης και οι υπηρεσίες παρέχονται δωρεάν στο σπίτι των πολιτών.
• Ø Provides counseling and psycho-emotional support, nursing care, care of the household, companionship, small scale purchase, paying bills, assistance in personal hygiene and other services deemed necessary. • Ø The program is primarily aimed at seniors and people with disabilities, with priority given to those who are not fully served, need special care, live alone or abandoned and have sufficient financial resources. • Ø The program is staffed by trained staff and specialists: social workers, nurses and family assistant. Πλαισιώνεται δε και με εθελοντές.
• Ø Through the program ensure close cooperation with relevant local bodies, medical personnel, τα νοσοκομεία και τις άλλες υπηρεσίες υγείας και πρόνοιας.
• Ø Το πρόγραμμα «Βοήθεια στο Σπίτι» έχει εγκατασταθεί στα γραφεία του Δήμου Αρτέμιδος.
