The Makrynitsa consists of mainly structured homonymous settlement (The following quarters : Koukourava, St.George, Agios Athanasios, Trinity, Transformation, Central Square in Agios Ioannis, Madonna, Threshing, Saint Gerasimos and evil),the agrarian periphery (20χιλιάδες στρέμματα)and community forest along with communal pastures (40χιλιάδες στρέμματα).
