Travelling in search of work reaches Volos and Pelion in 1899 about, where it remains 30 years. Theophilus painting in the city of Volos, mainly in cafes, taverns, Chania and the surrounding villages in Volos mansions, churches and shops. In Pelion paint the cafe, that bears his name and dates 1910, on the east wall to the right of the entrance a mural dimensions 3,15 x 2,50 themed Katsantoni, Tzumerka.
