FAMILY KINGDOM ANETOPOULOU

The museum is a non-profit foundation, Legal Private and was named International Centre for Contemporary Ceramics and Art Family Kingdom Anetopoulou in memory of the first potter family (by 1790). Λειτουργεί καθημερινώς όλη την ημέρα και όλο τον χρόνο.

Outside of school curricula from 2001 The museum held an exhibition of ceramics and 2003 International Ceramics Symposiums. Details so far the activity of the museum is the following:

• Το 2001 έγινε η 1^ηCeramics Exhibition "Contemporary ceramists 2001», which was attended 45 καλλιτέχνες από όλη τη χώρα.
• Το 2002 πραγματοποιήθηκε η 2^η Έκθεση Κεραμικής «Σύγχρονοι Κεραμιστές 2002» με συμμετοχή 47 κεραμιστών από όλη την Ελλάδα.
• Το 2003 was actually the first International Symposium of Ceramics 7 Σεπτ. until 18 �Sept 2003. The Symposium was attended 11 καλλιτέχνες από την Ελλάδα, την Ιταλία, Korea and Tunisia. Οι εργασίες έγιναν στο εργαστήριο της οικογένειας που λειτουργεί παραπλεύρως του Μουσείου.
• Επίσης, it 2003 την ίδια περίοδο έγινε και η 3^η Έκθεση Κεραμικής «Σύγχρονοι Κεραμίστες 2003» με συμμετο�Ceramics Exhibition " όλη την Ελλάδα.
• Το 2004 εί�»With participation> Διεθνές Συμπόσιο Κεραμικής με συμμετοχή 10 καλλιτεχνών από την Ελλάδα, Bulgaria, την3 Ουκρανία και τη Ρουμανία καθώς και την 4^η Έκθεση Κεραμικής με συμμετοχή 62 καλλιτεχνών κεραμιστών από όλη την Ελλάδα.
• Το 2005 πραγματοποιήθηκε το 3^ο Διεθνέ�International Ceramics Symposium with participation�εχνών από την Ελλάδα, την Ιταλία,artists from Greece��Italy�να και η 5^η Έκθεση Κε�Also� με συμμ�Ceramics Exhibition with participation�α και την Κύπρο.
• Το 2006 πραγματοποιήθηκε το 4^ο Διεθνές Συμπόσιο Κεραμικής και η 6^ηΔιεθνής Έκθεση Κεραμικής «Σύγχρονοι Κεραμίστες 2006».

At all events it was the supporters of Magnesia Prefecture, the Chamber of Magnesia, TEDK Magnesia, the Municipality of Artemis, while 2004 το Συμπόσιο ήταν υπό την αιγίδα του Υπουργε�the�υ Πολιτισμού.

Το 2005 The family celebrated Anetopoulou 215 χρόνια κεραμικής.

Construction work began in 1894 and the operation of the 12 October 1895. After a few years the line proved quite profitable until the 1900 signed another contract for line extended until Milies. This created a line of total length 28 km. Το 1903 οι εργασίες κατασκευής προέκτασης τελείωσαν και δόθηκε σε κυκλοφορία.

The Lilliputian this train line starting from Volos and end the Apples, αποτελείται και από ενδιάμεσους σταθμούς και στάσεις στα σημαντικότερα χωριά της διαδρομής.

The route includes, also, large for their era structures: bridges, tunnels, retaining walls etc.. embedded in the rich natural environment of Pelion. The stations are of great architectural interest and rolling stock (kept in perfect condition until today) είναι μοναδικό για την Ελλάδα.

The line segment Volos- Lehonia done easily with the construction of two bridges: Anavros in Volos and Vrychonas in Kato Lechonia. The portion of the line above Lehonia-Miles was very difficult since built seven stone arched bridges, Tritoxo and a five-arched and a metal, two tunnels etc.. The stations Agria Upper Lehonia were beautiful and functional buildings as. Earthquakes but destroy them and last rebuilt in the same format. Ο σταθμός των Λεχωνίων είναι ένα πανέμορφο διώροφο κτίριο με ξύλινα χαγιάτια νεοκλασικού ρυθμού.

Since 1985 work began reopening the train. Had repair of rolling stock and maintenance lines and buildings still unfinished. Το 1985 κηρύχτηκε ως ιστορικό διατηρητέο μνημείο.

The railway line has a width 60 cm. Agria and Apples train dianychterefe and maintained engines and rolling stock. The machines were steam-driven and burned charcoal. Originally purchased three French machines. When the network expanded gradually took five other Belgian, who took the names Volos, Miléai, Tsagarada, Jason and Pelion. The carriages were 14 closed and 9 open-summer- and 10 φορτάμαξες.

The train as transport was valuable for Pelion and foremost for the western. People from the villages went to town and easily-if not quickly, after the route Volos-tree was 2:15 hours- and transported and their products. Full of life, κάνοντας μέχρι και επτά δρομολόγια με επιστροφή την ημέρα από το Βόλο στις Μηλιές.

Even Halloween and the Day the train was the legendary "Moutzouris" dTheed festively … Meet glories and greatness, sorrows and war (then destroyed much of the rolling stock), and Alice turned to the work "The teacher with the golden hair"!

On 20 June 1971 ceased to be a means of communication, and ceased operations as unprofitable as, The boring vehicular routes in’ Pelion-especially war-and the solution of the car, υποβίβασαν την επιβατική και εμπορική κίνηση.

Today reopens-after featured traditional neoclassical- main reasons for tourist, cultural, and emotional. Starts weekends and holidays, morning from Ano Lechonia and ends on Apples. Επιστρέφει  το απόγευμα.

In the age of speed the train having a run 15 approximately km, comes through the paintings of de Chirico, απ’ the foliage of trees, απ’ the scent of flfroms, and from’ the indescribable beauty of Pelion landscape. Let's travel to the 'steam train' slowly in space and time and let us enjoy the beauty of the world. Worth!
