Η ΑΝ.Ε.ΒΟ. δημιουργήθηκε από την απόσχιση ενός κλάδου της πρώην ΔΕΜΕΚΑΒ και ασχολείται με τη διαχείριση προγραμμάτων και την αναζήτηση χρηματοδοτήσεων. Μπορεί επιπλέον να παρέχει συμβουλευτικό ρόλο, τεχνικά και επιστημονικά, τόσο στις υπηρεσίες του Δήμου Βόλου όσο και σε άλλους Δήμους ή φορείς.
Η ΑΝ.Ε.ΒΟ. Α.Ε. es la nueva Corporación del Ayuntamiento de Volos, que el 1 de enero 2011 logrado por la Corporación Municipal del Ayuntamiento de Volos (ΔΕΜΕΚΑΒ)

El AN.E.VO de conformidad con las disposiciones de la Ley 2190/20(Boletín Oficial del Estado n º. E228476/28.12.2010), llamado DESARROLLO Volos Development SA con título distintivo AN.E.VO. Α.Ε. e inicialcapital social320.000,00 ευρώ.

El capital social está cubierto por las contribuciones de los fundadores, como sigue:
un) El Ayuntamiento de Volos 317.000,00 euro, deΑ.Εontribución de los programas de la industria de capital de negocios-Estudios de Construcción y Desarrollo Volos primarias (ΔΕΜΕΚΑΒ).
b) Los Makrinitsas Comunidad con 3.000,00 ευρώ.
