The Municipal Tourism Development Corporation is a private entity pursuant to GG ( serial number 187,27 February 1998 ) with own facilities at beach New Achialos. The purpose of business is the social, cultural, tourism and economic development of the City of New Achialos particular the development of alternative forms of tourism and the general development of tourism adapted to social ,economic and cultural needs of the region. As well as encouraging local production initiatives and general support by any means of local development ,analysis of infrastructure and development of the City relating to the primary sector , processing, tourism and culture. still important is the help of D.A.T.E. to conserve natural beauty of the area and the awareness of the residents of the municipality on environmental issues ,the exploitation of archaeological finds in the region. Additional, the D.A.T.E organizes artistic ,educational, recreational activities.

The company is managed by five Board and members of ,together with their alternates, appointed by the City Council and its members together with their alternates, appointed by the City Council. resources of the company will be income from the activity of, the proceeds of the property ,Loans ,legacies ,contributions, Donations and other grants.
