- Three (3) color photographs.
- Exact Copy of valid passport.
- Fee 150 * 2 = 300 euros from the town hall.
- A certified copy of the employment contract stamped signature is the employer by showing that the fee is equal to the monthly salary of an unskilled laborer.
- Proof of fulfillment of the commitments by the relevant insurer(stamps for the duration of the card certified by IKA and OGA).
- Certified copy of health card.
- Proof of fulfillment of tax obligations(copy of income tax returns certified by a tax office).
Residence Permit(Wife Greek citizen or citizen of the European Union) :
- Four (4) color photographs (Two of which must have dimensions 2*3).
- Exact copy all passport pages.
- Certified copy of the identity of his / her spouse,if Greek or residence permit,if a citizen of the European Union.
- Affidavit of N. 1599/1986his / her Greek husband or citizen of the European Union that their marriage exists until today and that cohabitation is harmonious and peaceful.
- Recent certificate of marital status.
- Marriage certificate.
- Securing the alien spouse(IKA health book ,T.E.V.E, OGA,etc.).
