The local part of Scouting was founded in Agria 1960 by Kiki Koutsouveli. In February 1961 passed the first president Marika Papaioannou and Marika window curator section.

Since then the department operates successfully with groups involving girls and boys.
Star team for children 5 – 7 years.
Bird Group for children 7 – 11 years.
Team Drivers for children 11 – 14 years.
Team great guide for children 14 – 18 years.
The purpose of Scouting is to help children and young people to discover and realize their potential, to drive themselves to the spiritual, moral and physical development, be persons responsible, competent and freely with love and respect for people and the environment.
The training program revolves around three axes are :

In October 1993 founded the cooperative group composed of former executives and ladies who passed by the local council over the years. The pool is a supporter and a helper of the local Council. The body retains Scouting "Hestia" where are the concentrations of groups, boards, festivals and other events.
The hearth is rented at present. Unique revenue department are those from events(afternoon, gatherings, lotteries, excursions etc.) organized by the local branch.
