PARTICIPATION IN A COMPETITION

Vendors wishing to take part in tenders are procure the procurement notice from the procurement department, which specifically documents the required supporting documents. According to the applicable provisions 11389/93 of the ECSC, they submit together with their offer:

a) Greek citizens:

  1. Letter of guarantee for participation in the competition.
  2. Extract from a criminal record, issued at least in the last quarter, showing that they have not been convicted of an offense related to the pursuit of their professional activity.
  3. Certificate of a competent judicial or administrative authority showing that they are not in bankruptcy, liquidation, compulsory administration, bankruptcy, or other similar situation, and that they are not under bankruptcy or enforceable or winding-up or bankruptcy or under a similar procedure.
  4. A certificate issued by a competent authority that shows that they are aware of their obligations regarding social security contributions and their tax obligations on the date of the competition.In the case of their establishment abroad, the documents mentioned in paragraphs (3) and (4) above are issued on the basis of the applicable legislation of the country where they are established and from which the relevant certificate is issued.
  5. A certificate from the relevant Chamber certifying their registration in this and their specific profession or attestation of professional practice by a competent public authority or local authority for those who hold an agricultural or livestock profession and who have received a maximum of six ) months prior to the date of the competition.

b) Aliens:

  1. Letter of guarantee for participation in the competition.
  2. Extract from a criminal record or an equivalent document issued by a competent administrative or judicial authority in their country of establishment, issued at least in the last quarter, showing that they have not been convicted of an offense concerning the pursuit of their professional activity.
  3. A certificate issued by the competent judicial or administrative authority of the country where they are established, indicating that subparagraphs (3) and (4) of paragraph a of this paragraph are not met.
  4. Certificate of the competent authority of their country of establishment, to be entered in the registers of the relevant chamber or equivalent professional lists.

(c) Legal persons resident or foreign:

All the above supporting documents under (a) and (b) except for the extract of a criminal record or the equivalent document.

(d) Cooperatives:

  1. Letter of guarantee for participation in the competition.
  2. Certification by a supervising authority that the cooperative operates legally.
  3. A certificate issued by a competent judicial or administrative authority indicating that cases (3) and (4) of subsection (a) of this paragraph are not met.

(e) Associations of suppliers submitting a joint bid:

All the above supporting documents, for each supplier participating in the association.

EOMMEX feasibility certificate for associations of suppliers consisting of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises (SME) or productive urban cooperatives in which both domestic and foreign companies are either of a larger size or non-manufacturing activity and where the work to be carried out by SMEs or productive urban cooperatives account for more than 50%.

This certificate may also be submitted after submission of the tender within 15 days from the date of the tender.

The financial department of the Municipality consists of the following departments: a) revenue control, b) TAP (Property Fee) of cleaning and lighting fees, and c) supplies. Citizens wishing to make use of the financial services of the Municipality are sufficient to be informed by this website of the supporting documents required in each case and to submit them to the relevant office of the municipality. Wherever possible, the electronic form of the forms is necessary, and can be filled in and submitted electronically if the citizen so desires.
