Responsibilities of Programming, Sustainable Development & New Technologies
The Directorate for Planning, Sustainable Development and New Technologies is responsible for supporting the administration and the services of the Municipality during the procedures for the preparation, monitoring and evaluation of the results of the periodic Operational Programs and the Annual Action Programs and ensures the implementation of the procedures for the integration of projects and actions of the Municipality in development and other programs. It is also responsible for monitoring the efficiency and effectiveness of the Municipality's services and for planning and monitoring the implementation of the internal organizational systems of the Municipality in order to ensure the desired level of quality of the services provided.In addition, the Directorate is responsible for the operation of eGovernment systems and services and for the development, deployment, operation and maintenance of the ICT systems of the Municipality.
